
Todd Cone has practiced law since 1992. Born in Bartlesville, where he and his wife still have 3 generations of family, Todd graduated from Bartlesville High School in 1984. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 1989, Todd continued his legal education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1992. After graduation and passing the Oklahoma bar examine, Todd joined Richard Harris, and soon became a partner with the law firm of Harris, Whitebread and Cone. In 1996, Todd met W. E. Maddux and found a high quality, personal service law firm, in which he wanted to practice located the city of Nowata. 
The people of Nowata and the personal service provided by Bill Maddux, fit perfectly with the vision of Todd Cone for the future of his practice, serving both the Nowata and Bartlesville communities.
Todd A. Cone, is the husband of Elizabeth Cone and proud father of five, 2 boys and 3 girls. Todd currently serves as the Nowata City Judge. Between ball games, ballet, gymnastics and piano recitals, Todd serves as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
